Goldbeer Homes is proud to have contributed to the Sunny Lakes over-55s retirement community, delivering a range of purpose-built modular homes and shared facilities designed to support a relaxed, social, and independent lifestyle. This project reflects our expertise in creating retirement-focused modular housing that balances privacy, comfort, and community connection.
The development includes duplex-style homes as well as spacious three-bedroom standalone residences, each with practical layouts, low-maintenance finishes, and modern amenities tailored to the needs of over-55 residents.
These designs enable residents to live independently while staying connected to a supportive community environment.
To complement the homes, we also constructed a BBQ pavilion and communal gathering space, providing a welcoming area for residents to socialise, host events, and enjoy outdoor living.
This shared facility strengthens the sense of belonging, making Sunny Lakes not just a place to reside, but a lifestyle community to be part of.
