Lake Mac
Goldbeer Homes built The Motel Pods for a holiday park at Lake Macquarie, NSW. Each pod is a self-contained studio suite with its own ensuite, kitchenette and covered front deck, giving the park a row of motel-style rooms set among the trees.
Each building holds four suites side by side behind a curved, timber-lined front. Every suite opens onto its own deck with a glass balustrade and its own set of steps down to the forecourt.
Inside, the bed, a lounge and a kitchenette share one open room. The kitchenette has a fridge, a cooktop and a marble-look breakfast bar, and a split-system air conditioner keeps the room comfortable in summer and winter.
The ensuites have tiled walls, a glass-screened shower and a vanity with storage underneath.
The suites were built in our Morisset factory and arrived on site finished, ready for the park to connect services and open them to guests.
