Nambucca River

Goldbeer Homes delivered a street of modular homes beside the Nambucca River on the NSW Mid North Coast. The homes come from four of our designs, The Dune, The Driftwood, The Cove and The Breezeway, so the street has a mix of floor plans with one consistent look.

Nambucca River modular project – detail

Every home has weatherboard-look cladding, a pitched roof and a covered front porch with white balustrades. Each sits on its own concrete driveway with a small front garden.

Inside, the living areas have raked ceilings, skylights and timber-look floors. The kitchens have a stone-look benchtop, a rangehood and tall pantry storage, and sliding glass doors open the living room to the outside.

The Dune, The Driftwood and The Cove are two-bedroom designs between 36 and 45 m², which gives buyers a choice of size without changing the look of the street.

Every home was built in our Morisset factory and delivered to site as finished modules.
