Soldiers Point
Goldbeer Homes delivered a coastal-style accommodation series for a holiday park at Soldiers Point, NSW, blending modern comfort with nostalgic charm to suit a range of guest preferences and group sizes.
The project includes two contemporary two-bedroom Sandi cabins, purpose-built for comfortable coastal living with open-plan layouts and modern amenities for holiday guests.
To enhance the park’s flexibility, self-contained ensuite pods were installed alongside caravan sites, providing private amenities and convenience without altering the park’s existing layout.
A standout feature is the addition of an Airstream aluminium caravan, introducing a touch of retro character and visual appeal that elevates the holiday experience.
This combination of cabins, ensuite pods and unique accommodation options creates a flexible, engaging environment suited to families, couples and seasonal visitors.
This project demonstrates how modular construction and creative site planning can deliver diverse tourism accommodation, all while enhancing the atmosphere and appeal of coastal holiday parks.
